Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily scheduling with tanker operators, custom brokers, and port authorities.
- Draft and review bills of lading, certificates of origin, and phytosanitary certificates for bulk exports.
- Track inventory volumes across regional storage terminals and update ERP dispatch logs in real-time.
- Audit logistics service provider invoices against contract tariffs to ensure zero billing errors.
- Assist ESG managers in gathering traceable logistics paperwork for ISCC audits.
Required Skills & Toolsets
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
- At least 3 years of shipping and logistics coordination experience in liquid cargo or commodity trading.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in handling custom portals.
