Oversee refining workflows, thermal cracking processes, and catalyst efficiencies for our second-generation biofuel refining lines. Key Responsibilities
- Optimize continuous transesterification and distillation column parameters for vegetable oils and waste lipids.
- Monitor mass balance metrics, yield trends, and specific utilities consumption (steam, power, natural gas).
- Manage scaling operations for second-generation Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) processing units.
- Liaise with health and safety leads to ensure zero-incident compliance under Seveso directives.
- Oversee commissioning workflows for brand-new heat recovery exchanges and piping systems.
Required Skills & Toolsets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of verified experience in chemical refineries or bio-refining storage terminals.
- Certification in HAZOP facilitation or process safety leadership is highly preferred.
